Camp Overview:
A fun small-group instructional setting that will include circle time, art activities, group games, and specialized instruction. Each week will hold a new theme, and every day will dive deep into exploring everything from animals and books to space and dinosaurs. Children will be split into two groups: one for ages 3–7 and the other for kids ages 8 and up.
Does your kiddo need extra attention? One-on-ones are welcome to attend to help your child make the most of camp. If you want us to help you arrange one-on-one or more specific care, please give us a call or send us an email and we are happy to work with you.
Each week camp will host a specific theme that all group activities and art projects will follow. This summer, your child will experience imaginative play while they explore the city they live in, dive into the ocean, play like animals, and blast off into space during camp.
Camp only takes place in the We Rock the Spectrum – Columbus facility. There will be no field trips. We may have outside vendors treat the kids to some fun activities in-house, and all families will be notified if their child attends on that day.
Camp is held Monday–Friday each week, sessions running from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Campers must be at least three years old to participate in this drop-off camp session. Camp enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis and requires a 20% deposit to hold your spot. You must provide a deposit for all dates you plan on attending for the entirety of camp or your spot will not be held. This deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
If a student misses a day of camp without providing at least 24 hours notice from the start of the scheduled camp, they will be charged the full amount of that day.
Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for missed days after payment is received. If make-ups are available, staff will offer alternate dates, but availability is not guaranteed.
Enrollment allows families to choose weeks and days. Once your enrollment form is received, WRTS Columbus will process your request. No schedule changes after 05/01/2026.
Because camp capacity is intentionally limited, your deposit holds your spot. When full, a waitlist begins. If you do not plan to attend, notify us so another family can enroll.
Camp Drop-Off and Pick-Up
If someone other than a parent or guardian will pick up your child, notify the front desk. A photo ID copy will be kept on file.
Early Drop-Off or Late Pick-Up Fees
Camp runs 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Children cannot be admitted before 9:00. Families must arrive at least 5 minutes before pickup to allow proper transition. Late pickup may incur a fee.

Wrap-Around Care
Aftercare may be scheduled in advance until 3:00 pm. Limited to 15 campers and includes open play, snack, and quiet activities. Cost is $30/day and must be reserved. Camper must be enrolled in camp that day. If 1:1 assistance is required, the family must provide it.
Behavior Policy
We Rock the Spectrum – Columbus is a full inclusion gym for all abilities. Safety for all campers is essential. If aggressive behavior occurs, parents will be notified and ABC data provided. Depending on severity or frequency, a 1:1 aide may be required for continued attendance.
Aggression includes attempted or actual harm (hitting, kicking, biting, pushing, pinching, hair pulling), with or without visible marks. Determination is made by WRTS staff.
Campers may bring their own 1:1 provider (RBT/analyst). Notify WRTS of dates/times. Provider must present photo ID and will shadow the child.
